Membership Term Agreement
Memberhip agreements are entered into for a four (4) month term. As a convenience to our users, Progressive Dog Training bills users on a monthly basis for the length of the 4 month term. A user entering into a membership agreement with Sporting Dog Trainers hereby agrees to 4 monthly billed installments for a given term at the designated Monthly Training Fee rate. Upon initial enrollment to a user's INITIAL membership agreement term, the first billing amount will include the appropriate set-up fee. This is a one-time fee. Users renewing for subsequent 4-month term agreements will only incur the regular Monthly Training Fee, billed on a monthly basis. Membership agreements are not transferable and can not be cancelled unless agreed to by Sporting Dog Trainers. As a practice, Progressive Dog Training membership agreements are non-refundable. Entering into a membership agreement entitles Sporting Dog Trainers to full compensation of the terms set forth above for the duration of that 4 month term. Users can opt not to renew after the agreed to 4 month term as expired.

All credit card payment information is only accepted within secured areas of this website. Our Secure Certificate is provided by GeoTrust SSL. "Look for the Lock" on your web browser on all pages prompting you for your personal payment information. All credit card processing is done through our secure, encrypted payment processor.
